2000 Watt Power Inverter
- Full output power - other inverters have reduced output over time.
- 2000 Watt Continuous
- 4000 Watt Peak Power
- No Load Current Draw - <2.0A
- Waveform - Modified Sine Wave
- Operating Input Voltage Range - 11-15+-0.5 Volts DC
- AC Receptacle - Three (3 Prong Grounded)
- Smart SurgeTM Control – Inverter will attempt to start loads above the continuous rating for up to 10 seconds
- Electronic Circuit Protection:
- Voltage Protection – Whenever the input exceeds 15 volts DC or is less than 10 volts, the inverter will automatically shutdown
- Overload Protection – Inverter will automatically shut down if load exceeds the maximum inverter rating. (Protects Inverter)
- Short–Circuit Protection – Inverter will automatically shut down until short circuit is removed. (Protects Appliance)
- Thermal Cutoff - Inverter will automatically shut down if internal temperature exceeds safe design parameters.
- Remote On/Off Capabilities - On/off optional remote available
- Built-in Battery Volt/Watt Meter - Displays the battery voltage and wattage in use.
- Cooling Fan - Fan turns on automatically when unit is turned on
- 200 Amp Power Requirement - at rated output
Selecting Cables - When the inverter and the battery are set up within four feet of each other, use a minimum of #2 gauge wire to make the connections. Within four to six feet, use two #0 gauge wire. At distances between six to ten feet, use #0 gauge wires connected in parallel to the battery. |
