Dear Customer Service,

I had wanted to order an electric adaptor cord for what I had THOUGHT was my "IGLOO" cooler. I searched all over the internet ... Apparently the model that looked like mine was no longer available so I searched for a replacement cord. I finally found your website, and called Customer Service, to ask about the cord. The lady I reached was very helpful, and sent a larger picture to me to see, as the end of that cord didn't appear to look like what my lost one did. I in turn sent her a picture of the end of my cooler cord, and she identified it as not an IGLOO cord, but rather a COLEMAN cord. I looked on my chest and sure enough I did not have an igloo but rather had a Coleman cooler.

She was a real trooper with helping me and went beyond the call of duty to ensure the right cord was what I got. I am always the first person who will call to complain when people give poor service, however, I am also the first to call to give credit where credit is due. So I am writing to thank your company for having an EXCELLENT customer service which was very helpful, and the reason I was able to buy the right cord and not have my cooler rendered useless.

I thank you again for your wonderful Customer Service which proved to be invaluable and prevented me from making a wrong purchase. She persevered, and made sure I got the correct thing. Great employee to have as Customer Service.

I talked to some some young lady Wednesday about an item I was trying to find for my Igloo electric cooler. All I have to say is she was GREAT! She knew what I was talking about, I ordered it and I told her I hoped I would receive it before the end of the month. And, WOW, yesterday, Thursday, exactly 24 hours later, there it was, delivered to my front door. Great service and GREAT gal.

I received my RoadPro cord today and it works great. The cord fit in the side perfect so if you get a call on one again you can tell them it really works. I put a thermometer in it and it went down to 40 degrees
